Shipping Policy

We want your order to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. This page explains how Aroma Amore delivers. ## Processing time Orders are prepared within 1–2 hours of being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared on the next business day. ## Delivery times - **Kuwait:** within 24 hours after the order is prepared. - **Other GCC countries:** usually 3–7 business days, where available. Delivery times are estimates. They can be longer during sales, holidays or because of circumstances outside our control. ## Shipping charges The delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-delivery offer that applies is shown there too. ## Tracking your order You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed and another when it is handed to the courier. You can follow your order from your account at any time. ## Address and delivery attempts Please check that your address and phone number are correct. The courier will call you before delivery. If delivery fails because of a wrong address or because nobody could be reached, a second delivery may be charged. ## Damaged or missing items If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right. ## Contact Questions about a delivery?
